ANALISIS KEBUTUHAN TENAGA RADIOGRAFER BERDASARKAN BEBAN KERJA DI INSTALASI RADIOLOGI RSUD KABUPATEN BATANG
ANALYSIS OF RADIOGRAPHERS NEEDS BASED WORKLOAD IN RADIOLOGY DEPARTMENT BATANG HOSPITAL
Abstract
Radiology Department Batang Hospital had 7 health professions consist 1 radiologist, 5 radiographers, and 1
administrative officer. It is not appropriate with regulation of Kemenkes RI No. 1014 of 2008. Effective working hours
of radiographers in October 2014 in one week with morning schedule and rotating work schedule (shift) is 39 hours
and 40 hours. This causes an imbalance the working hours between radiographers and not appropriate with Decree
Health Minister No. : HK.01.02.4.1.A.906 of 2012 which is 37,5 hours per week.
This type of research is descriptive quantitative with the survey approach. Method of data collection by observation
and documentation. Analysis of the data by collecting then grouped and processed to get results based Kemenkes No.
81 of 2004. Results of the study showed that workload standard in Radiology Department Batang Hospital is 24
examination/day. Analysis Radiographers needs based workload in Radiology Department Batang Hospital needs one
person of radiographers.
